We guarantee the book you purchase will reach you in good condition. If it doesn't arrive in a satisfactory condition, or you do not want to keep it for any reason, please return the item to us (within 30 days of receipt) and we will replace, or refund the full cost of the book. Shipping and handling expenses are not subject to refund unless the book was damaged, or we shipped you the wrong product. If so, we will absorb the costs to send you the correct item. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please include a copy of your invoice/receipt if possible. If you paid for the book with a credit card, please include the credit card number with the return and we will issue a credit to your credit card immediately upon receiving the book, less the shipping charges. It may take up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your charge statement. Please contact your credit card company or bank if it does not appear by then.
