The Global Awareness Programme is an exciting training, volunteering and awareness raising project focussing on HIV/AIDS.
Four people will be chosen to participate on the programme.
The participants will:
- Attend training on HIV&AIDS issues in Ireland
- Attend a training on media and awareness raising skills
- Volunteer for 8 weeks in a HIV&AIDS organisation in South Africa
- Plan and implement an awareness raising campaign around HIV&AIDS on their return to Ireland
