International Service Ireland (ISI) is looking for an Institutional Capacity Builder for our local partner in Bolivia, the Bolivian Institute for the Blind (IBC) as part of our project, ‘Towards the Social Inclusion of Disabled People’.  The role will be one of guidance in various aspects of institutional strengthening; developing more effective tools for planning, implementing and evaluating activities. The successful candidate will be delivering workshops on specific themes, depending on their capacity and specialty. The Department of Foreign Affairs now wishes to offer a number of work experience Junior Professional Internships (JPIs) with Irish Aid, to highly motivated individuals with an interest in the field of development cooperation and a desire to work in this area both in Ireland and overseas. The Irish Aid JPIs will be based initially either at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Limerick (and possibly later in the field) and will have a unique opportunity to work closely with, and learn from, the staff of the Government’s aid programme.
